We had such a fun time celebrating at The Waters of New Castle! From creativity to connection, this team brings so much heart to everything they do — and we loved taking the week to celebrate them!
A huge shoutout to our incredible Activities Team:
💜 Sara Rader, Activities Director – With 32 years in long-term care, Sara’s dedication and experience shine every single day. She loves camping, fishing, and spending time with her family — and we’re so grateful for the leadership and heart she brings to our residents!
💜 Tamey – With 11 years of experience working with the elderly, Tamey finds joy in spending time with residents and having Bible study with friends. She shares that God has truly blessed her — and we feel blessed to have her!
💜 Mariah – With us for 3 months, Mariah loves doing arts and crafts with our residents, as well as nature walks and fishing. Her creativity adds so much fun to our days!
💜 Hope – Celebrating one year with us! Hope enjoys spending time with her family and attending church. Thank you for your steady, caring presence!
💜 Mya – Also with us for a year, Mya enjoys hanging out with friends and going out to eat. We appreciate the energy and positivity you bring to our residents!
💜 Mary – With us for a year, Mary loves listening to music and spending time with friends. Thank you for the joy and warmth you share each day!
