Congratulations to Rhonda Ballenger, our March Employee of the Month! ❤️ With 38 years of healthcare experience and 13 years at Addison Place, she’s dedicated and compassionate. Rhonda loves building close relationships with families and residents—she says we’re like one big family. When off-duty, she enjoys outdoor walks, time with her granddaughter Viola, and relaxing on her porch. She also cares for her three fur babies, Fred, Harley, and Dexter. Thank you, Rhonda, for your commitment and care! 🎉

We were honored to participate in this month’s YMCA "Meet & Greet"! 😊 Huge thanks to Seniors Member Engagement & Wellness Coordinator Julia Bouslog for organizing. Our Director of Nursing, Pam Craig, shared insights on hypertension—covering causes, symptoms, and lifestyle changes to manage it effectively. 💙👩‍⚕️New Castle Health Occupations students Chris, Lilly, Bryanna, and Braxton did an amazing job assisting with blood pressure checks. 😊💓 Comment below!

Since graduating in 2020 she has been dedicated to caring for others and truly values the opportunity to support our residence. For her, being a caregiver is more than just a job. It’s about building meaningful relationships and being both a caregiver and a friend to the people, she serves each day. Her compassion and kindness make a difference in the lives of our residence in our team.

When Andrea’s not at work, she enjoys golfing with her boyfriend, Bryce, and taking their daughter Addy Shopping, making the most of her time with her family.
