At DON Services, “doing good” is who we are.

When Gina, Stephanie, and Ben noticed that someone had dumped garbage by our dumpster and animals had torn it open overnight, they didn’t wait for someone else to handle it, they rolled up their sleeves, grabbed gloves, and took care of it.

Their quick action kept our space clean and helped their coworkers start the day on a positive note.

Please join us in congratulating, Victoria Krieser, as one of our New Castle PAS Caregivers of the Month for November.

Victoria worked closely with one of her consumers until her passing, and her dedication went far beyond her scheduled hours. She adjusted her schedule whenever needed to support her consumer, always putting her comfort and wellbeing first. Victoria even stayed with her without pay to ensure she was never alone, a true reflection of compassion, loyalty, and heart.

Victoria consistently goes above and beyond, and her commitment does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Victoria, for the extraordinary care you provide and for embodying the true meaning of what we do here at DON Services. 💙

✨ Our Thanksgiving Meal Pick-up / Delivery was a huge success!

Across all DON offices, we were blessed to provide warm Thanksgiving meals to around 660 wonderful community members.

We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated employees whose hard work made this possible, and to our amazing consumers who allow us to serve them every day.
