Our meeting time has changed. Weigh-in is now 5:00 pm til 5:30 pm and meeting starts at 5:30 pm. Come join us as we work together to a healthier self. 1st visit is FREE.

Tonight was our TOPS 60s happenin'. I was digging the chicks & 1 cool cat's mod threads they wore tonight! It was far out! We talked about The Good, the Bad & the Ugly Dieting & Weight loss methods over the past 60 years. Some were scary & silly. Also we shared an inspiring brief history about Esther Manz that started TOPS in 1948 & a little TOPS history. A groovy story was read using Oldies song titles from 1968 & a couple TOPS songs were sung to the tune of My Guy & Beatles Ob La Di, Ob La Da. They were a gas! Some crazy backdrops made for some hip pictures to remember our night!
Who says you can't have fun while working at losing weight & being healthier!

Our TOPS Club has been around for 57 years so we are celebrating with a Special 60s Night Program this Monday (Sept 15) at 6pm. If you have been thinking about losing some weight, why not come & see what TOPS is all about. 1st visit is FREE!

Monday night we installed our new 2025-2026 club officers with a fun theme "The Hike Ahead." The "Compass" - Our leader Sue M to help us stay on course offering steady direction. "Map" Co-Leader Lissa P turns direction into action. "Journal" our Secretary Connie S because every journey deserves to be remembered. "Backpack" our Treasurer Kathy J making sure we're well equipped for the journey. "Step Counter" Weight Recorder Sue M monitoring our journey one step at a time and "Trail Marker" Asst. Weight Recorder Rosemary D helping confirm the path.
We are ready for this year's journey of weight loss & becoming more healthy & fit!

Wow! Only 4 months into the new year & we've lost over 100 lbs. already as a club! We are a bunch of "Losers" and here it's a great thing. If you have some pounds you would like to lose, why not try TOPS & Take Off Pounds Sensibly with us! 1st visit is FREE!

NO MEETING MEMORIAL DAY

1st meeting of 2025 we lost 32 lbs & only gained 10 lbs since last weigh in Dec. 23rd. Pretty good considering it was during the Christmas/New Years holidays & all the food events that goes with them. We have some dedicated members that are losing consistently. I guess you could say we are a bunch of "losers." The only place being a loser is a compliment! Lol

There will be no TOPS meeting Dec. 30th. So next meeting is Monday Jan. 6th. A brand new year! A great way to begin 2025 is come & join us as we all Take Off Pounds Sensibly. See ya next year!

To all past & future TOPS members: If you've been pondering joining (2024 cost $48) or re-joining (2024 cost $37) our weight loss support club, you might consider the upcoming membership costs effective 2025 & come this Monday night, Dec. 23 to save a few bucks. We'll be so happy to have you as a member!

So far we have lost over 250 lbs as a club for 2024 & 2 more weigh-ins for the year still. We have so many that are really motivated & working hard at losing & being healthier. That feeling is contagious too! Lol
If you have a few pounds you'd like to shed, come & join us. Membership cost til end of year is $48/yr. NOTE: 2025 new cost will be $70/yr ($60/yr for 1st renewal then $48/yr for 2nd year & longer renewals) so don't wait!

We are so saddened to lose our longtime member, Vickey Weaver! She was our Asst. Weight Recorder for 25+ years. She was such a great example of a TOPS pal & friend and will be greatly missed!
