Our Clinic of the Week is Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN!

This six-doctor hospital works hard to provide the best in veterinary care and embrace the special bond between people and their pets in a comforting, professional atmosphere with caring and compassion.

They offer complete veterinary care for pet owners raising dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and pocket pets, encouraging clients to share their needs, ideas, and feelings to help create a lasting relationship.

They just brought in a state-of-the-art CTS DUO+ therapy laser, too, which allows them to non-invasively treat conditions like diarrhea, otitis, IVDD, wounds, and even urinary tract disorders. These were two of the first lucky patients to try it out.

Read here: https://hubs.ly/Q04dd_d60

“How frequently should we treat?” remains one of the common questions from operators in the field. This is an important facet of laser therapy as you can induce a quicker response, as well as a more sustained response long-term, when being flexible in treatment session frequency.

Laser therapy provides the leeway to be creative and responsive to a patient’s “glide path” of response to the modality as we initiate laser therapy.

This blog reviews approaches to treatment frequency, client communication, how laser therapy can work with a multimodal approach to pain management, and more.

Our Clinic of the Week is Beausejour Animal Hospital in Beausejour, Manitoba!

Beausejour Animal Hospital opened its doors in 1978 under the guidance of Dr. Marco Lopez before passing ownership Drs. Claus and Karen Leppelmann in 2001.

In 2019, the clinic underwent extensive renovations to add yet more exam rooms, a dedicated dental suite, enlarged kennel rooms and large animal facilities, which led to an expanded staff of over 50 individuals.

They serve a massive area and help everything from companion animals to dairy herds, cattle, horses, and hobby animals.

They recently added a Companion CTS DUO+ therapy laser to their already impressive list of pain management offerings, giving them a clinically proven and non-invasive way to help treat over 80 acute and chronic conditions.
