✨ Something very special is being born today… ✨

Today, May 1, I am so honored to officially share something that has been on my heart for a long time…

Adin’s Love Foundation— is now a charitable foundation created to give back, to create, and to make a difference.

This foundation is built on love.
On connection.
On the belief that every child deserves a space to express themselves freely.

Adin (my son) represents that energy to me—pure, gentle, meaningful love that continues to move through everything I do. And now, that love is being poured into something that will reach beyond me… into our community.

Through Adin’s Love, we will be supporting elementary school art programs in Mercer County and Lawrence County, PA—helping provide supplies, resources, and opportunities for children to create, imagine, and express who they truly are.

Because art isn’t just art…
It’s healing.
It’s expression.
It’s a safe place for a child to be fully themselves.

This foundation is proudly operating through
The Community Foundation of Western Pennsylvania & Eastern Ohio which allows us to grow, give, and serve in a bigger, more impactful way.

Not all healing is soft.

Some of it looks like sitting with yourself when everything in you wants to run.

Some of it is messy.

Crying over things you thought you were “over.”

Missing what hurt you.

Grieving versions of yourself you had to let go of just to survive.

Let’s be real—
addiction, trauma, grief… they don’t just disappear because you decided to heal.

They talk back.
They test you.
They try to convince you to go back to what’s familiar.

But here’s the truth nobody says loud enough—
you can fall apart and still be healing.

You can have bad days and still be growing.

You can feel everything and still be moving forward.

I’ve sat in my own mess.

I’ve had to face parts of myself I wanted to avoid.

And I’m still here… choosing me anyway.

So if you’re in that space right now—
the uncomfortable, in-between, “what the hell am I doing” part…

Stay.

Don’t run from it this time.

There is something powerful happening in you, even if it doesn’t feel pretty.

And one day, you’re going to sit in peace—
maybe by a quiet creek, maybe in your own stillness—
and realize…
you didn’t go back.

Good morning, beautiful souls

Yes… I disappeared for a minute. Consider it a sacred little vanishing act 😂 But I’m back, recharged and ready to pour into you again.

I intend to show up daily with beautiful words and energy… but listen—if I go quiet again, just know it’s not you, it’s me and my very human brain that refuses to remember things without a calendar reminder 😂😂
