✨ Day 30 ✨

I made it to the end of a 30-day speaking challenge, and today I’m sending so much gratitude and love to myself for showing up consistently and allowing my voice to refine and deepen.

Through this challenge, I’ve strengthened the way I express my connection—not only with others, but with myself. I’ve learned so much along the way, and I’m deeply grateful for everyone who witnessed and walked alongside me during this journey.

A special shout-out to my cohort—Chris, Paula, and Vidhi. You showed up with presence, courage, and authenticity, and that is something truly special. I honor the time we’ve shared and know that the connection we’ve built extends far beyond these 30 days. I can’t wait to watch each of us continue to grow and step into all that’s still unfolding.

And to my audience—thank you for your curiosity, your presence, and your openness. I look forward to continuing this conversation and sharing my gifts with an even wider community.

Have you ever had to show up for yourself consistently over a period of time?

We’re officially on Day 29 of the 30-Day Speaking Challenge, and my biggest takeaway has been this:
how powerful authenticity and real-time expression truly are.

Throughout this experience, I’ve shared a lot of my inner world with you. And what I’ve come to know, even more deeply, is that my mission is to share this part of me—to inspire others to feel safe enough to share their own authentic pieces too. This is where deep connection lives.

When we show up in our true expression, that’s where the magic happens ✨

I’m so grateful for my cohort and everyone who committed to showing up each day. Yes, there’s a beautiful element of supporting one another—but the real driving force was proving to ourselves that we could show up for ourselves. And that is powerful.

As we approach Day 30, I’m excited to see what unfolds next. Because I know many of us are going to continue shining even brighter after this experience 🌟

In five years, I can’t wait to look back at this video and remember all the seeds I planted along the way 🌱

There will be more travel—both within the United States and beyond.
My spiritual practice will continue to deepen.
My skill set will expand through collaboration with other craniosacral practitioners and like-minded souls, both within my community and outside of it.

I look forward to the growth, the experiences, and the ongoing journey of helping people come back to themselves—so they can express their unique essence and help make the world a better place.

Here’s to trusting the process, honoring the present moment, and allowing what’s meant for us to unfold 🤍

A new skill I’m committing to learning is how to create clear, accessible educational content on an online platform 🤍

My goal is to build a resource library for my clients—so the home exercise programs and techniques we explore during sessions can be easily revisited. This will support better carryover between treatments and empower parents with simple, effective tools they can use with their baby or child at home.

I truly believe this will enhance the way I support my clients and allow me to reach more people through a platform that is limitless. I’m looking forward to beginning this creation in the new year ✨

Day 25 ✨
In the next year, I hope to deepen my impact by continuing to volunteer in my child’s kindergarten program and by expanding my pediatric craniosacral therapy services in both Newcastle and Pittsburgh.

I’m also excited to launch a new 2026 program called The Whole Family Unit—a space for families to re-ground after birth, supporting the mother, father, and child through postpartum integration and energetic awareness.

The biggest lesson I’d love to share is to always keep a doorway open for the unknown. We have unlimited possibilities in this multi-dimensional universe! We can invite our system to soften, expand, and reconnect with our innate inner wisdom.
Staying open allows life to meet us in ways we could never plan—and that’s where the magic happens.

Teach your children that we are part of something greater than ourselves —
not to make them small,
but to help them recognise the impact they’re capable of.

Help them see that their life isn’t an isolated story,
but a thread in something wider, older, and ongoing.
That every choice they make —
every act of courage,
every moment of compassion,
every time they choose integrity over convenience —
shapes more than just their own path.

When they understand they’re connected to something bigger,
they begin to realise they matter —
not because of achievements or praise,
but because of the difference they can make
in the lives around them.

Purpose grows when a child sees beyond themselves.
Responsibility grows when they understand their influence.
Legacy grows when they recognise that what they do
echoes long after the moment has passed.

We don’t teach them they’re part of something greater
to limit them —
we teach it to expand them.
To help them rise into the kind of humans
who leave the world better just by being in it. ❤️

Stop trying to be like everyone else.

Your power lives in your unique expression. Find teachers who support your inner growth, not ones who tell you their way is the only way. There is no single path — your wisdom comes from within.
