Mealtime shouldn’t be stressful - but for many families, it is. While picky eating can be apart of typical development for littles, sometimes it’s not just a phase.

Here are just a few signs it might be time for feeding therapy:
🍎 Mealtime battles or tears
🍼 Reliance on bottles or pouches
🥦 Limited diet (less than 15–20 foods)
😬 Gagging, coughing, or refusing textures
