What I’m using this week to change everything without burning out ⬇️

90-second micro habits.

Instead of pushing harder, I’m making small resets throughout the day that compound.

Here’s what that looks like for me:

• 90 seconds of breath when stress spikes
Longer exhales to reset my nervous system.

• 90 seconds of movement between tasks
Squats, pushups, or a short walk to wake my body up.

• 90 seconds of mental reset
One line of reflection or gratitude to clear noise.

• 90 seconds of visualization before I perform
Not the outcome, but how I want to feel while executing.

No massive routines.
No all-or-nothing mindset.
Just frequency over intensity.

This is how I’m setting the tone for the rest of the year.
Small actions. Repeated daily.
That’s how real change compounds.
