What if one of the simplest ways to save healthcare dollars was not only readily available, but it if was already in place and under-utilized...

Turns out, that's the reality of the situation.

The gravity of this situation isn't fully realized yet. We are in an unsustainable spiral as healthcare outcomes continue to tank while expenses pile up at an astronomical rate.

True health won't ever come from a pill or a potion. Sure, they can help us recover from some of the challenges we face - infections, acute traumas, etc... - but they shouldn't be the first line of defense.

Using the body to heal itself should always be the first option.

If we get a cut on our arm, we don't have to tell it to heal.

Many of the conditions we face are similar, we just need to give the body the support it needs to get over its challenges and allow it to actually heal.

We are in the most toxic environment that humans have ever faced with chemicals in our food, water, homes and workplaces. These chemicals put stress on the body that is sometimes overwhelming our natural defense mechanisms.

When we can support these systems and minimize the impact these stressors have on our lives, our quality of life tends to improve (there is plenty of research suggesting the same with regular chiropractic care).

Adjustments and exercise are a phenomenal combination.

Yes, either can help to get you to your goal, but they go about it in different ways (imagine two cars with one car driving to meet the other). When we combine the two, progress is even faster (imagine those two cars each driving to meet in the middle).

The restoration of 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳 movement is one of the best things you can do for your health.

In case you haven't heard or received the email regarding upcoming changes at Wootton Chiropractic. Have a great day!!

Dear Fellow Patient,

Greetings! There are some big changes coming to our office.

It is with excitement that we look forward to these events. As you know, I have reached the age of retirement and have been making plans for this transition. Let me reassure you that we will continue to provide chiropractic care for you and your loved ones.

The first change is that our office will be open for patient care on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays as usual. We will be closing on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning July 1, 2025. This will allow me to spend more time with Terri, my wife, who is also scaling back her work with Hospice of Guernsey.

The second change is Caitlyn Christman. Caityln was born and raised in the area and attended John Glenn as well as Muskingum University where she studied Chemistry. She is currently a chiropractic student at Palmer University, and will be interning in our office as she completes her education. We look forward to her contribution to the practice. She is currently treating patients at the Palmer Clinic in Moline, Illinois. When I fully retire, she will be here to provide seamless healthcare for all our patients.

Hello! We are adjusting our office hours and will be closed on Tuesdays starting next week.

Closed the following Tuesdays:
April 29th
May 6th
May 13th
May 20th

We will resume our regular hours starting:
May 27th at 8:30am
