Talking about My Weight Loss Journey, down from kgs to 70 kg to 52 kgs, Made my life change with enjoying every step of this journey. It needs proper consistency and hard-work. So this is what i did and you can too
1- Followed a Calorie Deficit Diet.

2- Avoided Processed Foods
