it’s hard to stay away from all the cold and flu bugs this time of tear Here is an immune booster to help you stay healthy or fight it if you are already sick or getting sick.

1. Put everything except the lemon juice & apple cider vinegar into a small saucepan:
2. Bring it just to a gentle simmer
3. Let it simmer/steep 10–15 minutes.
4. Turn off heat, strain it.
5. Once it’s warm (not hot), stir in:
• Lemon juice
• Apple cider vinegar

That keeps the vitamin C and enzymes intact.

This is not something you chug like tea 😅

Think of it as a shot or tonic.

Typical use:
• 1–2 teaspoons for sensitive stomachs
• 1 tablespoon if you’re used to spicy things
• Up to 1–2 ounces (small shot glass) once daily when fighting something off

You can:
• Take it straight (brace yourself 🔥)
• OR dilute it in warm water or herbal tea.

How often?
• Preventive: a few times a week
• Feeling run-down / early cold: once daily for 3–5 days

I wouldn’t do it multiple times a day—between the vinegar, garlic, and cayenne it can be hard on digestion.
Start the new year with a Li’l boost.

Here are five simple, soulful things you can do on the evening of the Winter Solstice—nothing fancy, just intentional and cozy:
1. Light a single candle
Let it represent the return of the light. Sit with it for a few minutes in silence and reflect on what carried you through the darker season—and what light you’re ready to welcome back.
2. Create a small moment of stillness
Turn off the TV, put the phone away, and sit or lie down quietly for 5–10 minutes. No fixing, no planning. Just resting in the longest night of the year.
3. Warm the body intentionally
Snuggle under a blanket, take a hot bath, drink tea or broth. This is a night to honor warmth, comfort, and being held—by the season and by yourself.
4. Release one thing
Write down one habit, belief, or heaviness you’re ready to leave behind. You can tear it up, burn it safely, or simply fold it away as a symbolic letting go.
5. Name one quiet intention
Not a big goal—just a soft intention for the returning light. Something like ease, clarity, gentleness, or trust. Whisper it, write it, or hold it in your heart

The longest night.
The quiet turning.
The return of the light.

This Sunday’s 9:30 AM class honors the Winter Solstice — a time to release the heavy, set intention, and gently welcome what’s ahead through mindful movement and breath.

All are welcome.
