I’ve been canning my garden’s bounty every day this week before opening the office. Yes, it requires time and effort. I am usually at it by 4 or 5 AM, AFTER I’ve done my morning Bible study and exercise. But it’s worth it to me to have my cantry stocked with organic foods I grew myself or bought from local sources. And i camt tell yiu hiw many times this has blessed my family. From being able to drop off a case of ready made organic soups or meals when one of my girls guves me a new grandbaby or someone is down sick to being anle to stay fed when our rural area os smowrd in or without power for days at a time, having this resource is something I’ve never regretted.
