As previously shared, we have recently transitioned to a new Electronic Health Records (EHR) system and are working hard to make this adjustment as smooth as possible for everyone. We appreciate your patience during this time! A few important updates and reminders:
⏰ Check-In Process:
Due to registration updates and required form signing within our new system, check-in times have been taking longer than usual. We kindly ask that all patients arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This will help our staff and providers stay on schedule and ensure you are seen promptly.
📌 Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Reminder:
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If time allows, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, this is at the discretion of your provider.
We understand there has been some confusion around this policy, so we wanted to clarify. This update was implemented several months ago to best serve our patients and families, as there is significant time required to properly room and prepare patients before provider visits.
💻 New Patient Portal:
With our new EHR comes a new and improved patient portal! This portal is more user-friendly and can communicate with other healthcare providers.
- You will need a special access code to set up your account.
- You may call the office to request your code via email, or receive your code during your first registration in the new system.
As an added convenience, the new portal also allows you to pay any outstanding balances online!
