Big thank you to all who ventured out in our Winter Wonderland yesterday to find their happy place and relieve some stress. 😌

The aroma of cinnamon bark, orange, and black spruce filled the room with our Christmas Spirit blend and set the tone for peace and gratitude. 🙏

As we all get ready to gather in gratitude today, my heart is full thinking of each and every one of you.

Our students, supporters, friends, and the incredible community that has grown within our aerial arts and yoga studio.

Thank you for showing up with courage, curiosity, and open hearts even on the days when it’s hard. Thank you for trusting us with your practice. Whether you’re climbing higher, celebrating a milestone with friends, having a birthday or special celebration with us, inverting for the first time, finding stillness on the mat, surpassing a previous pr, or simply reconnecting with your breath.

Thank you for the laughter, the determination, the shared energy, and the moments of awe when someone realizes they are capable of more than they believed.☺️

This studio is more than a space.
It’s a home. 🫶🏼 And it’s you who make it meaningful.

Your support, whether through attendance, encouragement, social follows, or quiet belief keeps my dream alive and growing.
