WE ARE FOR HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS: Herkimer County (In-person/Hybrid), Oneida County (In-person/Hybrid). We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) to join our team and provide quality mental health services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of mental health issues, be able to assess clients, and provide evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. The Mental Health Therapist will also be responsible for developing treatment plans, completing timely documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy (*if interested in group therapy*)
Assess and diagnose mental health disorders.
Develop treatment plans and provide therapy services.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best care for clients.
Educate clients on mental health issues and available resources.
Attend weekly supervision

Good afternoon everyone. In response to the shooting that occured over the weekend at our local mall, we encourage anyone who may need support to reach out to us.
