Some Magick is spells and potions, and some happen in real time.

Incantations that blend wisdom and matter.

In actions that are changes of patterns, new habits forming at will.

In connections made with intention.

The willingness to release the past by embracing something new.

In changes of behavior.
When the world slows down enough to act from love,
then react from old wounds.

When we slow down, enough to witness ourselves.

Presence.
Life as meditation.
Each act is a ritual of the senses.

Embracing the beauty of life in the natural world.

Rainy days in October are sacred mists.

Grateful for each sweet breath.

Reverence for the lessons that shape us,
show us exactly how strong,
how tender we can be.

Remembrance with the thinning of the veil,
the bittersweet braid of grief and gratitude.

Opening class for Tuesdays 6-8pm Energetic Apprenticeship. Begins November 7th.

Each class will be an energetic experience.
Month one will be a module of developing connections between body, mind, and spirit. Tools for grounding and shifting energy within.

Module two is working symbols and elements into our hands-on practice.

Module three is finding your flow and bringing earth magick in to assist your work.

Each two hour class will be part lecture and practices, hands-on work, and intuitive development.

With opening and closing ceremonies, reiki 1 & 2 attunements, and recorded lectures and practices.

A class designed to benefit from the in person experience, group dynamic, and enough hands-on practice to make you a confident practitioner.

Sundays class is already filled! I'm excited to have a few openings left for a Tuesday evening class.

Energetic apprenticeship, an exploration of reiki, earth magick, meditation, physical and energetic practices to strengthen your intuitive connection to your body and spirit.

A training to fully root you through the slow and intuitive portion of the year.

The heart of energy work is being able to ground yourself and focus your mind to create a clear channel for healing energy to move through.

This training will prepare you to be a practitioner for clients or family and friends. Perfect addition to any healing arts modalities, massage therapists, yoga teachers, and any hands-on healers.

Beginning Sunday, November 5th 2-4pm
✨️12 weeks - 10 in person classes, 2 online through the winter solstice holidays.

You will receive-
✨️ Reiki levels 1 & 2 attunements
✨️ Weekly recorded practices
✨️ Hands on practice each week
✨️ Working with the elements
✨️ Creating Sacred space
✨️ Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong
✨️ Energetic games
✨️ Vocal empowerment

Designed as a small group experience to play and connect into the energetic realms of healing and universal life force.

A few spaces left for Sundays group. If enough demand I can open a Tuesday evening 6-8pm class.

Celebrating 10 years since I began my healing arts training, and opening my new studio in New Hartford.

This will be the 10th location that's homed my business, along with many events, spas and festivals.

I began massage school in 2013, the gateway to the metaphysical realm, to reiki, meditation, crystals, intuition, and connection. The link between mind and body, body and spirit, between all those we touch.

A decade later, I open the doors to a studio of my own, in my favorite town.
A blank slate I can weave together all the skills I've gathered.

Heathens Hearth will be a space of coming home. For energetic resets, for community connections, for rest and relaxation.

My goal is to create the kind of atmosphere my education thrived in. Peaceful bodywork sessions, a warm cozy atmosphere for classes and trainings, with open hearts and open minded people. A space to share passions for natural healing, all that is wild and wonderful, magic and mystical.

All my love and gratitude to the community that's supported me, loved me, and encouraged me. The friends and connections I've made along the way have made it all worth the labor.

I love what I do.

I love my clients, I love the massage high, the strength it's given me, the way my work is always transforming.

The connections that have turned to friends and family, the silly zenned out look on peoples faces after a session, the look of inspiration when people experience their own magick. For the glow that comes with this line of work.

I'm incredibly blessed to be surrounded with the people and energy I am.

My heart is with everyone I've experienced along the way.
(except those few weird clients I had to fire)
(thank god for healthy boundaries and the tangible respect I now command).

Gratitude for the webs we weave.
on these days of balance between light and dark.

In and out, in and out.

what's come and gone,
what is here,
what will come again in another form
along the way.

grateful for every thread that rooted us.

every piece that made up this season, how it's colored who we grew into this cycle.

gratitude for the people, places, and events that touched our souls this season.

big and small.
it's okay to be grateful for what you have.
it's okay to grieve what you lost to get here.

the connections that die off, for new ones to flourish.

each moment is weaved in mystery,
surrendering to the pattern that will be unveiled.

we are the threads.
we are the weavers.
we are everything in between.

all that's been spoken,
all that's been felt,
all that's been left unsaid.

we are one,
we are here and now,
in the middle of grief and gratitude
is love.

may we ride that balance into this season of Autumn.

Join us around the fire at Lam Yoga for an evening practice of movement, meditation, poetry, and storytelling. Tune in to the ever changing rhythm of nature, and welcome this new season.

and there's everything in between.

I like to live in the in-between,
there,
everything is Magick.

For those who take the time to see it, hear it, feel it,

the recognition is everywhere.

The way the dawn hits and the sun sets,

the color of the moonrise,
in birdsong and fallen feathers.

In the never-ending stories of life and death.

In dedication to dreams,
those waking,
and messages in the night.

In this way I teach what I know,

That Magick hits when you take it slow.


the moments I seek are seeking me.
