Grace was an intern at FORTE this winter as a part of her undergrad program, a requirement by Ithaca College.
Grace was an excellent addition to our team at FORTE this winter, helping with programming, daily workouts, and coaching.
FORTE offers internship experiences for undergrads whose major might require it either in the summer or spring semesters.

Both Winberg PT and FORTE take students in different settings.
Winberg PT takes student physical therapists in the clinical setting anywhere from 6-12 weeks depending on the school’s placement.
FORTE Strength & Fitness takes undergrad or graduate students for internship experiences anywhere from 40-120+ hours.

WHATS UP!!!! Says Ryan as he enters the gym. full smile, big energy, excited to move. Ryans list of accomplishments include running marathon after marathon, Ironman's (multiple, wild) and everything in between, isn't something he really talks about.

He talks about the hikes he's done recently, the latest weather, and the run he did that morning.
