Donna's goal has always been to get stronger, why? Stronger so that she can run farther, stronger so it hurts less, stronger for her job as an OT in a SNF. She sent us this video last week, showing how it was easier to lift a water cooler off the ground.

The follow-up video is her doing a farmer carry. Something shes done many times before. Donna has been with us at FORTE since our days as RUN U. Donna shows up after work, after her runs, sometimes it's just her. Talk about going the extra mile.

In a world where you can be anything, be a Donna.

Our PT student Kris has completed his 12 week clinical rotation here at Winberg PT & FORTE Strength & Fitness. Kris spent his time learning how to treat ACL’s, complex sports injury, stroke/parkinson’s patients, joint replacement, and fractures in the pediatric population. Kris made a significant impression on our patients, even the ones who get leery about working with students.
