Good morning! Today we wanted to go over the top questions that people have been asking about PWR 91, so you can discern whether or not you want to be a part of the program with us. 1.) What is PWR 91? PWR 91 is a 91 day mind, body, heart coaching program that focuses on showing up for the body, releasing what isn't serving us any more, and stretching ourselves for massive growth. 2.) What does it involve? Each day, for 91 days, we focus on showing up for our mind, body, and heart through 6 daily steps. This includes: drinking half of our body weight in ounces of water, eating intuitively to suit your body's needs and taking doTERRA's supplements (they just came out with the new VMG+ and EO mega!!!!), moving for 30 minutes, stretching for 10 minutes, daily prayer/journaling/reading/meditating for 15 minutes, and daily gratitudes. For this, we are given a small accountability group of 2-3 people.
Each week, we are also given a journaling prompt that is paired with a module in an app. This module goes over some sort of teaching around emotional release work and mindset work. It ranges in topics from pain, money, our vision moving forward, God/spirituality, etc. The focus is to uncover thoughts that are no longer serving us, to release, and move forward with ease. We then meet with our 12 person pod, once a week to chat about it. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PART! Massive breakthroughs with everyone involved! So, so, so, good!
Lastly, each month, we are stretched to give up something that might be a "vice." For example, social media, sugar, caffeine, etc.
3.) When are the calls? Once we have our group of 12 people that are interested, we will set up a time to chat based on what works for everyone.

5.) What's next? Once you are registered, I'll create a pod text group and bring us all together so we can choose a day and time of the week we want to chat. As a reminder, this goes for 3 months. If you can be on the calls live, awesome! If not, they can be recorded so you can replay.
6.) Can I invite a friend? Yes! Pods will be limited to 12 people or less. If we end up with more than 12 people, I will open up another pod. Please forward this email to them if they are interested.

8.) You will also have access to a bunch of different workshops, workout classes, etc. as a part of the program. Things like stretching/yoga, breathwork, weight lifting, etc. As well as educational workshops around emotions and essential oils, etc.
