SEPTEMBER 20TH reflection....It's taken me 4 years to really settle into my 40's. Every day, I'm still peeling back the layers to remember who I really BE at my core. Some things fall to the wayside. That's part of evolving. And the things/people that stay are what inspire me, bring me joy, and keep me grounded/motivated to keep going.

My mother, Sylvia, and her journey inspire me. We share the same Bday. This is her 70th year. Her life has had challenges, one being a brain aneurysm at 35 years old. But despite her challenges, this woman is a divine expression of joy and kindness. I strive every day to embody her strength, curiosity, and devotion.

Another person who inspires me is my partner, . I am always in awe of her hard work and dedication. She is always creating, building, and always looking to bring others along with her. We live and learn from one another every day. And she supports all levels and expressions of me.

These women truly know me, love me unconditionally, and truly See me.

There are beautiful beings in community that also hold me down, and they know who they are 💓. Because for me, it takes a village- family, friends, cousins, ancestors, guides, fur babies, nature, a therapist and so much support- mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally to keep living joyfully and embodied in these times.

Take care of your hearts, bodies, and minds every day, friends. And let's remember to take care of one another.

Hey y’all. Just checking in—how are you doing? You holding up okay?

Lately, I’ve been doing my best to keep a smile on my face. Not because I have to, but because I want to. Because joy is a form of resistance. Because healing is still possible, even in hard times.

I get this question a lot—“Are you still offering healing sessions?” And the answer is always: yes, I’m still here. Still holding space. Still walking beside you on this path. Still believing in our collective healing.

This is just a little check-in. A reminder that you’re not alone. A reminder that I’m still here, rooted and ready whenever you need support.
