What a busy and exciting week in FBR MDO! We had a fantastic time at our in-person December FBR Quarterly Network Meeting. We celebrated our new sites one year anniversary and did some team building activities. Here are the Community Health Resources teams creating stars. FBR MDO also took time to get together for our annual holiday luncheon. Pictured below are Amy, Michelle, Heather, Bin, and Karen (missing from the photo is Jeanette).

Some interesting information on little ones self soothing. Take a look!

Babies can’t self-soothe. That’s where we come in.

Co-regulation = borrowing a caregiver’s calm.
It’s how babies learn to handle big feelings before they have words or skills to do it solo.

✅ Rocking them when they cry
✅ Speaking gently when they’re upset
✅ Holding them close during scary moments

It’s not spoiling. It’s science. And it starts from birth.
