🌅 Morning Practice at Centered 🌿 Begins Tomorrow!
Start your day with intention.

Join us every weekday in August (except 8/14 & 8/15) for all-level yoga from 7–8 AM, followed by guided meditation from 8–8:20 AM — a grounding morning ritual to support vitality, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to body and mind.

Led by Robert Krause (Yoga Unity Mentor), these sessions draw from over two decades of study in classical and ta***ic yoga traditions — weaving together asana, pranayama, meditation, and breathwork to awaken clarity and compassion from within.

Through movement, circle work, and ceremony, we will:
❤️‍🔥 Transmute shame and limiting beliefs with fire-centered exercises
🪟 Explore expression in the depths of darkness and unlabeled sensation
🎠 Claim our bodies and voices through play, dance, and movement
🐦‍🔥 Cultivate community and shared support on this profound journey

The retreat schedule includes yoga, meditation, breathwork, individual and group exercise, two sacred ceremonies, integration as well as time for personal reflection and space to celebrate with a group of like-minded women. You will be served eleven beautifully prepared meals with accommodations for dietary needs and have access to sauna and whirlpool bath at the end of each day. Also included is an introductory Zoom meeting before the retreat and four weeks of integration via Zoom afterwards.

Date: November 11-15, 2025
Cost: $2,000 - $2,800 based on accomodations ranging from dormitory style to semi-private rooms (limited availability)

The Couch Room, Integration Room, The Cozy Space - this room has many names.

Lots of gathering happens in this room. Group integration, art projects, journaling, music making, movie watching, connecting.

MOVIE NIGHT, Koyaanisqatsi, part 1/3 of our movie meditations on the human experience Baraka and Samsara are upcoming as parts 2 and 3.

Program Notes
Named after a Hopi word signifying “life out of balance,” Koyaanisqatsi is an experimental film from 1982 directed by Godfrey Reggio with cinematography by Ron Fricke. A transcendent score from Philip Glass drives the meditative experience on the anthropocene. Themes for reflection include humanity’s relationship with nature, technology, and ourselves as living organisms. What is the world we are creating for ourselves?

We hosted a moderated discussion on the topic, “What Is Love?” last night with Dr Robert Krause and guest speaker Paul Bloomfield, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Connecticut.

It was a wonderful turn out, beautiful dialogue, and many connections were made. We are humbled and grateful for our community 🙏🏼

We also love all the different ways our space can transform!
