As for me.. down with a hip injury, but still managed to PR my bench and get the CT State record to boot! Let’s gooooo! (159.5 #).

Last attempt I went off 165 #, but the bar came down wobbly. It went up, but so did my butt. No lift. Oh well. I’ll see you in March, Bench!

Each week you’ll complete:
✅ 4 Baseline Days – Hit your personalized daily step goal
✅ 2 Warrior Days – Walk 2,000 steps above your baseline
✅ 1 Rest Day – Because recovery is part of the process

Your baseline step goal will be based on your current activity level—no one-size-fits-all!

💸 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
-$20 buy-in to enter (non-refundable)
