Had a blast at Spruce’s “I have nowhere to wear this” party raising money for immigrants in New Haven. I’m so thankful that I have fun friends to go on these adventures with. I also absolutely love New Haven!

I LOVE my badass lifting ladies!!!
Great day full of PR’s, State Records, signing, dancing, and lots of cheering!!

As for me.. down with a hip injury, but still managed to PR my bench and get the CT State record to boot! Let’s gooooo! (159.5 #).

Last attempt I went off 165 #, but the bar came down wobbly. It went up, but so did my butt. No lift. Oh well. I’ll see you in March, Bench!
