Known yet ignored by many for so long!
Thank you, Dr. Thomas Hilgers, for almost 50 years of science, research, and its holistic treatment options!
Dr. Steve Hilgers, in this article, explains the PMS and endorphins connection.

Research reveals that women with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) are deficient in 𝛃-endorphin hormones.  Support with Naltrexone, an opioid antagonist, improves natural 𝛃-endorphin levels and alleviates PMS-related symptoms.

The role progesterone plays in healthy fertility and pregnancy has been known for quite some time.

But the link between progesterone and its action within the fallopian tube has remained less clear.

A recent animal study by McGlade, et al. revealed the important role progesterone signaling within the fallopian tube plays in supporting embryo development prior to implantation.

Specifically, the authors found an imbalance in progesterone signaling within the fallopian tube was linked to heightened inflammation and immune dysregulation, which negatively impacted preimplantation development.

This study provides additional insight into the unique role progesterone plays within the fallopian tube and the impact this hormone has during the earliest stages of development.

Women, choose wisely to get the best education regarding holistic healthcare choices!

Be in the know!

Progestins were designed to exert a suppressing mechanism on the secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) by the hypothalamus and luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) by the pituitary gland. This suppression is meant to prevent ovulation; thus, the woman does not have a period, but the woman has a monthly withdrawal bleed.
Bioidentical progesterone, when prescribed and monitored by a healthcare professional to allow healthy monthly cycles to occur and aims at reducing symptoms related to hormone imbalances throughout a woman's reproductive life.

Dramatically different!
