Shortly after 9:00am this morning smoke was detected in our kitchen and dining room. First responders had been contacted, and residents were evacuated from the building. After thorough inspection it was determined that the facility was safe for residents to return. All residents were brought back inside without incident. We would like to thank all the first responders, neighbors, and local businesses that reached out to offer assistance. Special thanks to our amazing staff at New Haven Care Center. Your hard work and quick thinking ensured the safety of our residents.
