Join us for a special event as we introduce our new leadership team — including our Administrator, Director of Nursing, Rehab Director, Admissions Director, Food Service Director, Environmental Services Director, and MDS Director.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet the team, learn about our plans for growth in Short-Term Rehabilitation throughout 2026, and connect with fellow members of the Mary Wade community.

Smiles all around at the North Haven Fair! 🎡 Clients from Mary Wade’s Adult Day Center spent a joyful day visiting the livestock, petting friendly farm animals, and soaking in the fair fun. It was a heartwarming outing filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of great memories.
