Through zoning changes, higher density downtown, & thousands of units in the pipeline, the city is creating space for architects to rethink how housing fits into the urban fabric. More housing means more opportunities for thoughtful infill, adaptive reuse, & design that strengthens the streetscape. Cities evolve. Great architecture helps them do it well.🏗️🌇

Natural light isn't just a feature: it's part of the architectural narrative. We design spaces that invite the outdoors in, daylight that shifts with the seasons, shadows that animate walls, and materials that feel rooted in their surroundings. Stone that once lived outside finds new purpose indoors. Wood grain continues the story. Glass dissolves the boundary. When exterior materials flow inside, architecture feels organic--grounded, calm, & connected to place.

New plants just moved into our plant wall here at RTA! 🌿Biophilic design isn't just a buzzword--it's about bringing nature into the spaces where we think, sketch, collaborate, & create. A little more green = a little more calm, creativity, & oxygen in the studio. Architecture should breathe and so should we.

What a magical evening at Make-A-Wish Connecticut! Prizes were given, food was shared, but most of all we had the honor to present with a check for $5000 toward granting a wish to a child in need.
