🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

Meet James Leland, Plant Manager at Phoenix Feeds of Maine in Augusta. With 40 years of driving experience across New England, James brings a deep understanding of our region, our customers, and what it takes to deliver quality feed day in and day out.

From fostering a strong, safety-first culture to leading with open communication, James believes in speaking up, managing time wisely, and adapting quickly. The Northeast’s unpredictable climate can change fast, and feed needs can change with it. Farmers often rely on sample testing and quick adjustments to maintain and improve milk production. James helps ensure his team is ready to respond quickly while producing the highest-quality product possible.

Having spent time delivering directly to farms, James has seen firsthand how hard dairy farmers work for every dollar. That perspective fuels his commitment to customer service.

We’re grateful for leaders like James who lead by example, support their teams, and help ensure Phoenix Feeds & Nutrition continues to deliver for our customers every day. 👏🌾
