APNH offers free & confidential sexual health screenings, PrEP & treatment referrals, and more! Social Media interaction via websites and phone apps.

APNH: A Place to Nourish your Health provides HIV prevention services including Free Rapid HIV Testing with results in 20 minutes,

SNS is a program where APNH pays you to bring in your friends, acquaintances and even customers for HIV testing. This a great way to help out the Community with increased awareness of HIV and decrease the number of new HIV infections. Interactive Education workshops about Sexual Health and the 411 on HIV and STD's targeting high schools, colleges and Universities and multiple LGBTQQIA groups. OUTREACH providing information surrounding HIV, STDs, PrEP and other prevention tools to help you with the multiple facets of living your life. Look for us there! mPowerment Social program which invites our MSM and Transgender communities (ages 18-29) to come together and promote us as ONE shared community. We utilize a CORE group to create small to large events with FUN being at the center of all events and breaking down the walls of stigma surrounding our individual and collective lifestyles. Chat4Change is an new HIV intervention that APNH is developing in partnership with Yale/CIRA. The goal is to provide increased education on PrEP and how it can prevent new HIV infections in our Black and Brown communities - those faced with some of the highest rates of new infections!

Decolonial S*x Worker Justice Empowerment Project and the New Haven Pride Center is proud to partner with Visual AIDS for Day With(out) Art 2025 by presenting Meet Us Where We’re At, a program of six videos that forefront the experiences of drug users and harm reduction practices as they intersect with the ongoing HIV crisis.

This open to all screening will take place on Monday December 1st, 2025 at the New Haven Pride Center from 6PM-8PM EST at 50 Orange Street New Haven, CT. Join us afterwards for a facilitated discussion about the films, and to learn more about the work of fellow CT based projects and organizations working at intersections of harm reduction, racial justice, gender justice, disability justice and more.

APNH will be offering information and free STI testing open to all! We hope to see you there. ♥

Our Trans+ Support Group hosted a very special Transgiving dinner this evening in honor of Transgender Day of Remembrance. Candles were lit, words were spoken, friends and family were remembered, and a beautiful home cooked dinner was shared in our Safe Space.

While today exists to remember, honor, and mourn those whose lives were stolen from them, our group came together to also celebrate and honor one another for persevering and thriving through these incredibly challenging times.

We are so grateful to Tiny and Dolores for facilitating our Trans+ Support Group. There are not enough words to describe how exceptional these two women are. Thank you to everyone who showed up for this unforgettable evening! 🩷💙🤍

Last night was everything we love about our community! The Safe Space was alive and full of the sounds of laughter, music, and education during our Friendsgiving celebration. Thank you to our friends at for collaborating with us, making sure nobody went home hungry, and sharing valuable information with our guests. Thank you to for sharing a beautiful craft project and teaching us how to decoupage! And of course, thank YOU to everyone who came out! We were so thrilled to see some new faces and connect with old friends. We love our community and we're so grateful to share this space with you. ♥

Personal Cognitive Counseling-PCC-a 30/45 minute counseling session to create self discovery surrounding high risk behaviors. CLEAR, our multi session program to guide those who have multiple issues surrounding living with HIV and those who are high risk for HIV build a stronger and secure future.
