Dry needling is for dysfunction! Thin needles are inserted into “trigger points”—tight, tender bands of muscle tissue—causing a “twitch response” that releases the tension, acting as a reset button for the muscle.

This technique can significantly reduce pain, improve range of motion, and accelerate recovery from injuries. It is used for acute/chronic pain, sports injuries, and tension headaches.
