The Residence at North Ridge

The Residence at North Ridge At The Residence at North Ridge, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional senior living, while maintaining a high quality of life.

North Ridge Health and Rehab features 24 modern, beautifully equipped Assisted Living Apartments. These efficiency, one, and two-bedroom units are located on the first floor of the North Ridge apartment building in New Hope, Minnesota. Each resident has a private suite and half bath. Our residents are encouraged to maximize their independence while having care available when needed. Four levels of care and service are available, with a staff dedicated to providing you just the right level of assistance to best meet your needs. A nurse is available 24-hours-a-day, which allows us to provide diabetic monitoring and insulin injections, including insulin (offered on a sliding reimbursement scale) as needed. While caring for our residents physical needs we also keep in mind their social and emotional well being. Activities are built around small group involvement and interactions.

We started our festivities with a Mardi Gras parade, then topped it off with an evening of fabulous food, fun music, friends & family.
Thank you to our amazing staff for all their hard work.
Everything turned out so very nice!
Thank you friends & families for coming celebrate with us.
