Hi everyone please bear with me as this is going to be a long post..
It’s me, Nikki, your massage therapist here at Senechal Family Chiropractic.

I am leaving you all this message to announce that effective this summer I will be taking a medical retirement from massage therapy.

Some of you may be aware that this past fall I had an injury to my wrist and hand. Unfortunately my hand has never fully recovered and it’s starting to negatively impact my ability to work and my everyday life. I promise this decision has not come lightly, many tears have been shed.

We are in the process of hiring 1-2 massage therapists to take over the massage business that Dr. Senechal and I have created and I will do everything I can to make sure they are the right fit not just for our office but the right person to take care of you all as well.

I am so grateful for the last 10 years I have had in my career here at Senechal Family Chiropractic and I’m heartbroken that I don’t have another 10 to give. I appreciate all of the support and trust in your healthcare that you have given me during my time here.

Today I challenge you to give yourself some selfcare.
Let's focus on the neck, which holds a lot of tension for most people.

I challenge you to stretch. Very gently and slowly move your chin towards your chest. Stay there for 2-3 deep breaths. Tilt your head so your left ear drops towards your left shoulder. Stay here for 2-3 breaths. Repeat on the right side.

Do this a few times today. Drop an "I did it!" below and let me know if you stretched!
