We're off to AHEC of a summer! Great group of students with us this week. This Southwest Louisiana Area Health Education Center program provides an opportunity for high school students to experience career opportunities in healthcare by taking part in volunteer work at healthcare facilities in their community, and shadowing healthcare professionals, including Dr. John Osborne, Orthopedic Surgeon.

As the beginning of the holiday season begins and baking, cooking and web browsing begins; don’t ignore the signs of wrist tendonitis. Dr. Osborne has over 20 years of helping those with wrist and hand pain have relief.

Wrist tendonitis is a common problem that can cause pain and swelling around the wrist. What you do early on can prevent further problems.
