My massages are for women who hold it all together.

The planners.
The problem-solvers.
The ones everyone else leans on.

You’re strong. You’re capable.
But your body is tired of bracing.

The tight shoulders.
The clenched jaw.
The constant “I’ve got it.”

You don’t have to fall apart to deserve support.

💬 Are you the one everyone else relies on?

Hot take about hot stone massage đŸ”„

Hot stones are amazing for relaxing muscles and helping your body let go of tension
but they’re (generally) not built for deep tissue pressure!

The stones are smooth and flat, so they glide.
They don’t dig.

So if you’re craving that deeper work, the move is:
book a deep tissue massage and add hot stones.

Otherwise you’re kind of expecting two massages for the price of one 😅

💬 When you get a massage, what do you usually want more of — deep pressure or total relaxation? Or both 😉

“Is that a knot?” People always ask
. Here’s the most simple answer I can come up with:

A “knot” isn’t like a real knot inside your muscle.
It’s not tiny rope tied up in there. 😅

Instead, it’s a spot where the muscle is stuck in a tight pattern — like it won’t let go.

Why does that happen?
‱ stress
‱ holding your body weirdly
‱ overworking certain muscles
‱ chewing or jaw tension
‱ lack of movement
‱ your nervous system being on guard

When a muscle stays tight for a long time, it stops sliding smoothly and feels bumpy or “knotty.”
That’s what people feel when they say “knot.”

Massage doesn’t untie a knot like a rope.
Massage helps the muscle relax and stop gripping — and tells your nervous system it’s safe to release.

So next time someone asks “Is that a knot?”
The honest answer is:
It’s a spot that’s stuck
 and massage helps it unstick.

💬 Where do you feel knots the most? Neck? Shoulders? Back?

Deep tissue isn’t about pain for the sake of pain.
It’s slow, intentional work that gets into those stubborn spots that won’t let go on their own.

A little intense? Sometimes.
Worth it? Almost always.

💬 Be honest — do you love that “hurts so good” feeling
or are you strictly team relaxation?

If you’ve never had a body wrap, here’s what it actually looks like.

This one is a deeply hydrating wrap — so we’re exfoliating (some places will use a scrub), applying rich body butter, and then cocooning you in warmth so everything can fully absorb.

You’re warm.
You’re still.
Your nervous system just melts.

Other wraps (like mud or detox-style wraps) focus more on drawing out impurities or stimulating circulation.

This one?
Pure hydration. Pure softness. Pure “why don’t I do this more often?”

Add 30 or 60 minutes of massage and this is perfection đŸ©”

💬 Would you try a body wrap
or are you a “just give me the massage” person?

Massage is not a reward for surviving your life.
It’s support while you’re living it.

Somehow we decided massage is a treat.
A prize for surviving chaos.

But what if it’s just maintenance?

Why wait until you’re exhausted to take care of yourself?

Rest isn’t something you earn. It’s something that supports you.

💬 Do you see massage as a reward
or as part of staying well?

Being someone who constantly overthinks is exhausting.

Your brain doesn’t just turn off.
It replays conversations.
It anticipates problems.
It holds tension without you even realizing it.

And eventually
 your body carries it too.
In your jaw.
Your neck.
Your shoulders.

Massage helps your nervous system finally settle.
Not by forcing it—but by giving it permission to feel safe enough to let go.

When was the last time your brain actually felt quiet?

Sometimes the timing works out exactly when someone needs it most. 😌

If your neck, shoulders, or stress levels have been trying to get your attention
 this might be your sign.

I have 2 openings this week—one of them from a recent cancellation (which has been happening more often the past few weeks đŸ€§â€” so it doesn’t hurt to get on my waiting list!)

What part of your body has been asking for some care lately?

We want weekends to be relaxing
. But really, they’re not.

They’re errands.
Sports.
Activities.
Driving.
Carrying things.
Sleeping in weird positions.
Doing everything except resting. 😅

And your body feels all of it.

It’s very common for tension to build up after a busy weekend—not during it.

What part of your body feels it the most after a full weekend?
