Don’t ASSUME you know when your appointment is. It is always POSSIBLE that you put it in your calendar incorrectly
OR
Maybe the business has it scheduled incorrectly.
Either way— if you show up at the wrong time, you probably won’t be able to get your service!!!
All of this can be avoided by double checking those confirmation texts/emails.
