What type of tucking in do you prefer? Do you like nice, tight and secure tucks? Do you prefer more relaxed and casual? Do you not even notice 😆?

Fully booked this week 🩵

And I have just ONE opening left for the entire month. 😮

If you’ve been meaning to schedule, this is your little nudge.

You can hop on the waitlist (things do move around), or go ahead and grab your spot for May now.

The women who plan ahead are the ones who don’t end up running on empty.

I’ll see you soon 🌿

Spring reminds us that things we thought were done…
aren’t always done.

Energy can come back.
Joy can come back.
Strength can come back.
You can come back.

New life doesn’t have to be dramatic.
Sometimes it’s just deciding you’re not finished.

What feels ready to grow again in your life this season? 🌿

Happy Easter. 🌷

I have a fresh stock of candles!! took my signature scent and made it into an amazing candle so you can take the calm of the spa home with you. 🩵

This isn’t just a candle—it’s a pause button. I crafted this scent to capture the grounded, refreshed feeling you get after a massage:

• Spearmint to clear the mind
• Lime to uplift your mood
• Palo Santo to anchor your energy

Clean-burning, locally sourced, and poured into refillable tins, Zen Oasis is your little moment of peace in the middle of mom-life chaos.

Light it after long days and longer to-do lists.

Available now in my studio!!

You know who you are.

You’re not just remembering your own appointments.
You’re tracking dentist visits, spirit days, practice times, school projects, permission slips, birthdays, grocery lists, and what’s for dinner.

Your brain never fully shuts off.

And even when you sit down… you’re still mentally organizing.

That kind of load?
It lives in your shoulders. Your jaw. Your nervous system.

Massage isn’t just about muscles.
It’s about giving your mind a break from holding everything.

For one hour, you don’t have to remember anything.

I’ve got you.

I’m so curious — how much do you pay attention to the time during your massage? ⏳

When I worked in Chicago, clients were late all the time.
I would quietly adjust the session to fit the remaining time and just move forward.

No speeches. No awkward conversation. No drama.

No one ever said a word.

But I had a coworker who would always sit down and explain that their time would be shortened because they were late… and somehow that conversation almost always made people upset.

Same situation. Different energy.

It makes me wonder —
when you’re on the table… are you tracking the clock?
Or do you completely lose track of time?

No April Fools here — this week is fully booked 😌

But April starts in two days, and if you’re thinking about getting on the schedule… this is your sign.

Nothing worse than realizing you need a massage and the calendar says “see you in three weeks.”

Future-you will not think it’s funny.

💬 Are you planning ahead for April… or winging it

Midwest spring is basically:

Winter coat.
T-shirt.
Back to a hoodie.

All in the same week.

And your body feels that.

When temperatures swing like this, your muscles respond. Cold weather makes tissue tighten and restrict circulation. Then warmer days increase activity levels (hello yard work, walks, running again)… and suddenly tight muscles are being asked to do more.

Add in seasonal allergies, barometric pressure shifts, and disrupted sleep — and it’s no surprise your neck and shoulders feel “off.”

Massage helps by:

• Improving circulation
• Supporting lymphatic flow
• Reducing muscle guarding
• Calming your nervous system during all the chaos

It’s not just about relaxation.
It’s about helping your body adapt.

💬 Has your body felt tighter lately… or is it just me noticing everything? 😅

Your shoulders aren’t tight for no reason… They’re tight because:

• You’re on your phone more than you think
• You sit slightly hunched forward
• You carry stress there (yes, you do)
• Your body has learned to brace

Over time, your shoulders basically forget how to relax.

Massage helps remind them.

Not by forcing them…
But by giving your nervous system permission to stop guarding.

💬 How are your shoulders right now?
