Our Executive Functioning Group is making a comeback!

❓ Does your child constantly forget homework, lose things, or struggle to get started on tasks?

You’re not alone—and it’s not a motivation problem. Many children haven’t developed the executive functioning skills that support organization, focus, planning, and emotional regulation.

Our Executive Functioning Group for Kids (Ages 8–12) helps children build these skills through games, hands-on activities, and real-world practice in a fun and supportive group environment.

Kids will learn how to:
🧠 Stay organized
⏱ Manage time and responsibilities
🎯 Improve focus and task completion
💡 Problem-solve challenges
😌 Regulate emotions when things feel overwhelming

These are the skills that help kids succeed in school, friendships, and everyday life.

Regulation Lab is an engaging 11-week group designed for kids ages 8–12 to build strong coping, emotion regulation, and problem-solving skills in a fun, hands-on way. Each week, kids will learn practical strategies to understand their feelings, calm their bodies, and make thoughtful choices when challenges come up.

Throughout the group, participants will create their own physical and mental coping skills toolbox, adding a new tool each week—such as breathing techniques, positive self-talk, grounding, problem-solving strategies, and ways to ask for help. By the end of Regulation Lab, kids leave with increased confidence, self-control, and a personalized set of tools they can use at home, school, and beyond.
