🎓 Career Day at Andrew High School! 🐾💚

Our team from The Healing Center had a wonderful time presenting at Victor J. Andrew High School’s Career Day! We were invited to share about psychology, mental health careers, and animal-assisted therapy — one of our favorite topics.

✨The Healing Center at The Ranch had an incredible time at the Adulting Conference hosted by the iCanDreamCenter at Moraine Valley Community College!

We’re so grateful to our amazing therapists, Nicole Tucker, LSW and Janette Johnson, LSW, for sharing their expertise on mental health and sleep — such an important topic for young adults navigating independence and wellness. 💙

🐾 Two special guests joined the fun — Buoy, our certified therapy dog, and Mr. Beef, our therapy dog in training — who brought smiles and calm to everyone they met!

🌿 The Ranch is proud to serve as a transition program location for the iCanDreamCenter, supporting students as they grow, learn, and build confidence for the future.

Kristina has been a part of The Healing Center family for 6 years, and in that time she’s touched countless lives with her compassion, wisdom, and commitment to helping others heal.

“Seeing clients take back control of their lives and begin healing from within. It’s so rewarding to witness that transformation — when someone finds peace after working through deep issues, it’s one of the most freeing feelings.”
