After seven years of dedicated practice in the style of Baptiste Yoga, she started the two-year journey to become a Certified Baptiste teacher. She completed Level One Teacher Training in June 2010, Level Two Teacher Training in May 2011, and completed the reading, writing and intensive study portion to become officially certified in March of 2012. In October of 2013, she became a registered yoga
teacher and member of the Yoga Alliance. Since then, Jill has attended immersions, assisted the lead team during a weekend long intensive called, The Art of Assisting, as well as taught both beginner and advanced workshops and classes in and around the Chicagoland area. Her background as a dancer and competitive gymnast gives her knowledge of the human body and its limitless possibilities. Her Master's of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communication allows her to connect with both the struggles and successes of today's busy, working professionals. "One of my favorite things about yoga is its ability to seamlessly bring together what may appear to be two opposite worlds."
