Lavender.... what's it good for? Oh, such a favorite! It's a multifaceted oil.
ONLY PURE (most EO's "say" pure, but they are SYNTHETIC). There are only a few brands that are truly PURE from the plant. Be sure to purchase one that is tested to be PURE. don't believe the hype marketing (if its cheap its not real!).
I always suggest Young Living. I have tried a few others that are okay, but YL is by far the cut above them all. Do I wish it was not a marketing glitch, yeah, but it is, and it's worth it. I cut corners elsewhere....

**** BUT MY oh My LAVENDER! *********** it is a wonder working oil.
Great for skin ailments, especially cuts, with some Coconut oil, (I mix in a small glass jar filled with Coconut oil, and a few drops of Lavender, put on a cut or scrap and boom it is on the mend.

Lavender is fantastic for relaxation. A drop or two in the bath tub, to relax is simply marvelous.

To help sleep at night, I use coconut oil (a generous amount to cover hands) and one (no more than two drops) on top of the coconut oil, and rub on shoulders, and neck, and bottom of feet to help relax - it may help with a good nights rest too.

So many other values to this mighty oil as well as defusing one or two drops - and your office or home will smell florally and inviting.
Never overdo it with the drops. Lavender is a thinner oil, so if you are putting some drops on hands or in diffuser, it might drop 2 or 3 quickly - that's okay, you can dilute with a carrier oil, YL is the most potent, so one drop maybe two is MORE than enough for just about any thing you use it for.

Make it last! Less is more.
