House Bill 144, also known as Keith's Law, went into effect in Ohio on January 19. The law improves interactions between first responders and people with disabilities. It does this by giving first responders advance information about a person's specific needs.

The 24-hour line is always available to report abuse/neglect of a person with a disability 740-605-7746.

January Board Meeting Notice: The Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities will have their annual Organizational Board meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, beginning at 5:00pm at the Couch Connections Center located at 600 Senior Drive with the Regular Board meeting immediately following. For additional information, please contact Chrissy Cameron at 740-605-8192. Notice: Information regarding the time, place, and purpose of any special called meetings will be posted to the website www.PerryDD.org at least 24 hours prior to the special meeting. By law, PCBDD is required to meet 10 times per year.

The Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities (PCBDD) of Ohio provides supports to children and adults who have developmental disabilities.
