This week’s Pioneering Possibilities session trainers from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD), joined us and talked about mental health and how to succeed in your career by understanding reasonable accommodations.

πŸ’‘ Advocacy and Support
Mental health is just as important as physical health. Learning how to speak up for what you need is a very important work skill.

πŸ› οΈ What are Reasonable Accommodations?
The session taught us how to ask for reasonable accommodations. These are simple changes at work that help you do your job well. These changes make sure every employee has the right tools and environment to thrive.

Join us for our next PP session April 15th!
