The deadline to register to vote for the May ballot is today (April 6, 2026). Early voting starts tomorrow April 7th! Please remember to show your support for the mental health and recovery needs that so greatly impact our community! We will be offering assistance for transportation support to ensure that our community is able to make it in vote! What an incredible week it has been! The week started out by celebrating our annual Shamrock Social! A great opportunity for celebrating St. Patrick's Day in a safe, recovery friendly environment 💚

We also enjoyed Rock Your Socks Day🧦 This is a fun way of recognizing World Down Syndrome Day and supporting our community!

We also have been busy with levy work! As many of you know the Mental Health and Recovery Services Levy is up for renewal and will be on the ballot in May. We are reminding our community that this levy is a renewal and is no way a new tax. Approving this levy means that for roughly $0.03 per day we are able to maintain the much needed mental health and recovery services that our community desperately needs. This funding assists with covering the cost for treatment services as well as the irreplaceable prevention services for our youth, families, and seniors through the Perry County area.

Black Balloon Day, a day of remembrance for all of those gone too soon to the tragedies of addiction. Nationally honored every year on March 6th, we kicked off our Black Balloon event a day early to remember those we have lost and celebrate their memories with loved ones. Recovery is possible and You Matter. If you're struggling with needing recovery support please know we are here and we want to be a part of your recovery journey
