While it’s unlikely stress will kill you directly, severe stress or prolonged stress can lead to heart disease, stroke, and a weakened immune system. The consequences of continuing to live stressed out all the time is too much to just let it continue.

This is where I come in. As a massage therapist I help you lower those cortisol levels. Together we bring your body to a more balanced, tranquil state. This isn’t a luxury, it’s a need. I press the reset button during the massage, and you maintain it while off my table. Instead of spending money on things or habits that are temporary, invest it in your health. I love women and helping them relax!

I was over the moon excited when I got booked to do a bachelorette party!! Had the privilege of working on six beautiful women who came together to celebrate their friends wedding 🤍👰‍♀️
