It's unfortunately that time again!

CBHA will be open virtually on Monday, February 23th. All in-person visits are cancelled due to the inclement weather. CBHA offices will not be staffed in-person as staff will be working remotely. It is recommended for clients to utilize their patient portal for direct messaging.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Be safe and stay warm!

***UPDATE*** As of Monday 2/9/2026 - we are still experiencing issues with our phone system. Some calls are getting through and some are not. We are actively working on a solution to this matter and are hopeful to have it resolved by day's end.

We still recommend that client's log into their patient portal to send direct messages or text the office at the number listed below and a staff member will get back to you ASAP!

Please be patient with us as we work diligently to get back on line.

CBHA is excited to announce that we have launched a new patient portal through the AthenaPatient App!

On the portal, established clients will be able to send direct messages, request medication refills, make payments, self-schedule telehealth visits and access their appointment links and private health information. We highly encourage all clients to download the application and utilize the features as a first line of communication to the practice.

If you are a current client, please check your email for updates or give the office a call if you have any questions. The app is available to download for free on Googleplay and in the App Store.
