Two years open at Mindful Movements Yoga in New London! 🎉

I’m so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring a yoga studio to New London and the surrounding communities. It has been such a wonderful journey, and I’m thankful for every person who has walked through the doors.

Take a deep breath… and let your day melt away.

Tonight’s Gentle Flow & Stretch is all about slow, intentional movement paired with longer, nourishing stretches. We’ll move mindfully through a soft flow to warm the body, then settle into deeper stretches to release tension in the hips, shoulders, and back.

Expect:
🌿 Calm, steady pacing
🌿 Breath-centered movement
🌿 Deep stretches to unwind tight muscles
🌿 A grounding, restful savasana

This class is perfect if you’re feeling stiff, stressed, or simply craving a peaceful reset. All levels welcome. 💛

It’s National Drink Wine Day and tonight’s flow is all about moving smoothly, finding balance, and softening into the good stuff.
