Today meant more than any trophy.

The New Lothrop Wrestling team wrote thank you letters after the strength and conditioning sessions I ran this season. Reading how the workouts impacted them — not just physically, but mentally — that’s the stuff that sticks.

That’s what this program is about.

Discipline. Toughness. Standards. Tradition.

New Lothrop Wrestling has a history of champions for a reason. It’s not luck. It’s culture. It’s kids who choose to work when no one is watching.

Fat loss isn’t a cardio problem.

It’s a muscle + nutrition consistency problem.

If all you do is burn calories, you’ll:

At some point, you have to stop saying:

• “I’m too busy.”
• “I’ll get back into it.”
• “I just need to start on my own first.”

No you don’t.

You just need to start.

This gym isn’t about being extreme.
It’s not about living here 7 days a week.
It’s not about six-packs.

It’s about:

✔ Having energy for your kids
✔ Not feeling stiff every morning
✔ Building strength that carries into real life
✔ Taking care of yourself instead of putting yourself last

You don’t have to come every day.
Two or three days a week changes everything.

We’ve been here for 9 years.
We’re open 24/7.
We’ve helped beginners, athletes, busy parents, and people who were scared to walk through the door.
