On November 15th, I am offering a Synergy Yoga workshop experience at I Am Well Darke County, 300 Sycamore St. Greenville, OH from 1:00-3:00 pm.
Join me for a Despacho ceremony to create balance and harmony between yourself and nature. We will be using items, mostly those found outside in nature, to make a despacho, which is a symbolic offering of our prayers of gratitude and appreciation for all that we’ve been given, along with all that we’ve taken, that has enriched our lives. This includes the food that nourishes us, the water that replenishes us, wood for the fires that warm us and wood for the homes that shelter us, and beauty that inspires us. The despacho ceremony is about giving back, so that we are in “anyi” or right relationship with nature; to offer our prayers of appreciation to return to balance for all the blessings that have bestowed on us. The despacho, created with our deep intentions of thankfulness, encourages vibrational shifts to restore the flow of blessings and synchronicity.
This is a beautiful ceremony of gratitude. A way to say, “Thank you.” A visual and symbolic way to offer up our prayers of appreciation for the blessings we have received.
Preregistration is required. All materials will be provided.
