If you’re struggling with acne, here’s what I don’t recommend first:

What I do recommend first? Getting back to basics — strategically.

Acne isn’t just “dirty pores.” It’s inflammation, barrier damage, congestion, bacteria, and sometimes lifestyle playing together. That’s why the first step is always:

✔️ clearing congestion without over-exfoliating

From there, professional facials, gentle exfoliation, and targeted treatments actually start working with your skin instead of against it.

✨ It wasn’t always like this…

Back in 2021, I was treating my forehead every 3–4 months with tox. The top photo was taken before one of those treatments — and you can clearly see the lines even at rest.

Fast forward to 2026…

In the past year, I’ve treated my 11’s twice… and my forehead once.
My last Dysport treatment was the beginning of October 2025 — and it’s still holding strong.

Even at rest, I don’t have etched-in lines anymore.

And no — this wasn’t overnight.

One of the biggest reasons I believe so deeply in our advanced technology is because I’ve experienced it personally. Strategic treatments. Intentional correction. Consistent maintenance. Trusting the process.

As I jokingly say… I “burn my face off” once or twice a year 😅 (hello aggressive correction + collagen remodeling)… but the transformation over time has been incredible.

Especially considering aging, stress, and life — which can take years off your skin.

Skin correction is not about chasing wrinkles every 3 months.
It’s about building collagen, strengthening the skin, and creating long-term change.

Maintenance is key.
