Jessica is a dedicated member of the Tree of Life Assisted Living team and has worked in the long-term care field for 18 years. Her journey into this profession began in a deeply personal way, starting as her son’s PCA and advocate. Through that experience, she discovered a strong calling to help others in any way she could, which led her to a lasting career in assisted living.
Jessica’s favorite part of her role is getting to know both the residents and her coworkers, building meaningful connections, and bringing smiles to those around her each day. She values the sense of community at Tree of Life and takes pride in creating a warm, supportive environment.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys relaxing by a bonfire, listening to music, going fishing, reading, and spending time with her dog. You may be surprised to learn that she is double jointed in her wrists, hands, and fingers. Jessica is inspired by her parents, who worked hard throughout their lives, and she strives to honor their memory through her dedication and compassion.
Her advice to others working in this field is heartfelt: “Be patient and kind. Remember there are people that you have so much to learn from.”
