So, Im doing a thing! We are always trying to push ourselves to learn more, be better, and do better for you. This season of my life has shown me just how much the Fascial System impacts so many other systems of the body. The work we do is important, and because of that, we want to continue to grow and evolve our skills. Everyone in our office continues their education in some capacity in order to grow and to offer you more. Im surrounded by Rockstars! I can't wait to nerd out on this new course I'm taking!

The International Fascia Research Congress is where I am spending my week. I am feeling blessed, encouraged, and intimidated by the variety and level of professionals in this room. Surgeons, bioengineers, physiotherapist, and bodyworkers from literally all over the world are just some of the people that have come together to learn from the data and each other's experiences of this beautiful system called the Fascia Network. I am thankful to be able to bring the information that my brain is able to retain back to the NOLA Stretch team and serve our community better.
