🌼 Homemade Dandelion Syrup 🍯
A sweet, floral syrup with a fresh lemony note—beautifully simple and naturally healing.
You’ll Need:
4 cups dandelion flowers
4 cups water
2 ½ cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Rinse the dandelion petals gently to remove any dirt or bugs.
2. Simmer in 4 cups of water for a few minutes.
3. Let it steep in the fridge for 24 hours, then strain out the petals.
4. Mix the infused liquid with sugar and lemon juice in a pot.
5. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves; simmer until it thickens to your liking.
6. Cool and pour into sterilized jars. Store in the fridge for 2–3 weeks or freeze in ice cube trays for longer use.
