This patient presented with painful, asymmetric breast implants following multiple surgeries after treatment for breast cancer. She was experiencing significant discomfort due to capsular contracture.
We performed bilateral implant removal and capsulectomy, followed by reconstruction using DIEP/SCIA flaps for a more natural and comfortable outcome.

To relieve her symptoms and restore a more natural look and feel, we performed a capsulectomy (removal of the scar tissue) and a DIEP flap reconstruction using her own tissue.⁠
