Hi!

I’m Oba, owner of Dream House Wellness. I’m launching a new social group called - RestClub.

RestClub is both a cultural intervention and a community offering. It flips the script on “hustle culture” and treats rest as a practice of collective liberation.

It’s our first one, come make history with me!

I’ll lead us through a sacred pause (guided meditation), then bounce between my sound bowls and a melodic mix. It’s real low-key, real low-tech, very present. Very grounded.

as technology — transforming lived experience into a data source for healing, innovation, and curriculum design.

as technology — recognizing collective care networks as infrastructures more sophisticated than any algorithm.

as technology — engaging imagination and ancestral memory to prototype new futures and social systems.

as technology — a diagnostic framework for decision-making that centers alignment, intuition, and energetic truth.

This is my life’s work! A framework I’ve developed to guide and ground my consulting work.

Ancestral Technologies.

Lately I’ve been doing a lot of guest lecturing, key notes, and panel discussions on my work centering ancestral technologies.

Here’s a short clip from a university class on counseling and social work. It’s an honor to witness and walk through the doors that are opening for me to advance my work. May my Ori, Oludamare, my Ancestors, and Orisha continue to use me as a vessel to wake the people up.
